Cancellation Policy

Regular price :
Cancellation is free 15 days before the arrival date, after this time we charge you 90% of the room price as a cancellation fee, if we are unable to sell the room more.

Non refundable price :
Non-refundable reservations cannot be canceled or changed. In case of cancellation, 90% of the total amount will be charged as cancellation fees.

Important information :
– Guests, especially those in groups, are required to be considerate of noise in the evenings.
– No parties are allowed on the premises.
– Guests must present a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
– Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact us directly using the contact details provided on your confirmation.
– Spoken languages: Greek, English, French
